a bit more about me:

Hi! I am Palak Luthra, a counseling psychologist specializing in trauma-informed care.

I did my Masters in Clinical Psychology and have an experience of almost 3 years working with clients.

Following a client-centric approach, my focus in all my sessions remains on finding what is best for my client. I prefer to integrate my learnings of different approaches and techniques to do the same.

I believe that all emotions need to be felt, and I try create a space in my sessions where one can safely process each emotion as it comes. My goal remains to offer my clients with enough tools that they can recognise what works best for them, and learn how to modulate as new situations come up, without having to disregard them.
