Hello! I'm Anoushka Malviya and I am a psychotherapist based out of Delhi. I orient my therapy around psychodynamic, somatic, and person-centered. It helps me understand your inner world and experiences of the past and how they play out in the present day.

I understand therapy as a collaborative process between the client and the therapist where the client can explore various parts of their self in a safe, empathic and understanding environment. I believe therapy provides a space for people to express their socio-political and cultural identities which may not have found a voice outside the setting. 

I am a reflective practitioner and I hope to create a holding space for your emotions, feelings, anxieties and fears, to work towards strengthening your sense of self and bringing some kind of personal evolution.
