Therapy is a non judgemental and collaborative space. I believe that an individual is not created in a vacuum. There are psychosocial and economic realities that influence how we experience our choices, decisions as well as ourselves.

Together we will find, acknowledge and accept these parts.

I follow a caste and queer affirmative lens in my practice. I borrow from Existential-Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Phenomenological schools of thought.
