a bit more about me:

Hello! I am Shree Goel, I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology. I also hold a diploma in Narrative therapy and community work.
I understand the therapy room as a room lined with mirrors, reflecting back what is voiced within it. This room is a safe space for the client, allowing them to speak about different parts of their life stories. We hold these different stories; eventually hoping to foster a sense of agency to move towards their preferred stories.

I also believe that our relationship with our feelings, emotions and thoughts is deeply impacted by the external world we live in, thus, I like to bring socio-cultural & political discourses into the therapeutic space.

In the past, I have worked with different concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, trauma and interpersonal concerns.

I am a caste, queer and neurodivergent affirmative practitioner. I draw from the narrative therapy along with the trauma-informed and relational lens. This helps my clients express themselves without any fear of judgement or rejection, eventually becoming the catalyst for change and discovering their desired selves.
